The exhibition is the result of a meeting between the ecomuseum and researchers - sociologists, architects, urban planners and technologists. It gives attention to the diversity of "participatory construction sites" in Val de Bièvre, and wants to show that there is not one, but several ways of doing the city differently.
At the center of the exhibition, there are the 'voices'.
Those of the inhabitants, architects, town planners and elected officials, presented in the form of excerpts from interviews;
the voices of the Ecomuseum, committed and eager to offer a fresh entry point for making the city;
the voices of the researchers, who want to point out dilemmas or controversies of participation;
and finally the voices of the public, invited to express themselves.
